Party Factory Events has a greater variety of tents than ever before — our inventory has been growing steadily. You’ll find some have unique features that easily allow for stages, lighting or other options to accommodate your event or just add an interesting aesthetic element, like wind-operated flags or kinetic sculptures.a

You’ll also find our tents run the gamut in size and features. For example, our 30' wide Clear Span tent can accommodate large vehicle drive-thru access; our 20’ x 20’ High Peak Tent can be built into a custom lounge; and our 10’ x 20’ festival tents line up to create a clean run of vendor tents. Our stages can be set up indoors or out and can be built to the size you need. We use Biljax and Staging Concepts brand platforms in 4 x 4 and 4 x 8 sections; the platform surface can be your choice of a pine plank look, Persian-style carpeting, or Marley dance/fashion surfaces. Stages start with 6-inch risers and will go up to 30-inches before needing ADA handrails. With custom hardware, the set up can adjust to almost any terrain. We also have ADA-rated stairs, handicap ramps and special hardware.

If you’ve reviewed our catalog and don’t see exactly what you need, we’ll either find it for you or custom build it.

Maybe you need an entry archway for your street festival, wayfinding signage to direct foot traffic, or a place to post information. We’ll build what is needed for stage lighting, special effect ballroom lighting, or load-bearing accommodations for lighting and sound drops. We use industry standard certified box truss, pipe and rigging hardware. In summer, we often have requests for shading sun.

Whether it’s a rock concert, backyard party, black tie affair, or trade show, we help you choose the sound system that best showcases your event.
