When is payment required?

A deposit of 50% of your total rental quote is required to confirm your rental. (All deposits are nonrefundable.) The remainder is due when you arrive to pickup or at the time of delivery.

What is the cost for equipment delivery?

Equipment delivery* and pickup rates are included with your rental--the equipment rental must be a minimum of $750 (before the delivery charge).This is for curbside delivery—where we can safely pull our truck up to the designated location. An extra charge will be calculated for backyard deliveries—when equipment has to be transported any distance beyond the location of the truck. For orders under the $750 minimum, a surcharge will be applied.

Deliveries outside this vicinity will be calculated by the mile.

Tent/stage orders are prioritized for delivery—we have a limited number of time slots. If it is possible for you to pick up your order, please consider it.

What about set-up charges?

Setup is available for an additional charge—ask us for a quote.

What is the rental pricing for electronics/special effects?

The listed rate is for a  24-hour rental. If you need the rentals for additional days, the next price point is the three- day rate which is 1.5 times the 24-hour rate. The five-day rate is three 3 times the 24-hour rate.

How does scheduling work?

Our regular delivery hours are between 10am and 4pm. We will do our best, but If you are concerned about delivery within your exact timeframe, consider scheduling delivery the day before.

  • There is a $200 charge for deliveries before or after regular hours (10am-4pm) and on Sundays.

  • Will call hours are 10am-4pm Monday-Saturday. After hours and early will call are also available.

How long can I keep my rental?

The listed rate for most items is based on a weekend rate. Rentals usually start on a Thursday or Friday, returned on Saturday or Monday. Because we are open 6 days a week, our weekend rate is 3 days (not including Sunday).

Please confirm that the dates on your paperwork are correct. Late fees will apply after the stated return day of your rental.

What if I have to make changes?

  • Changes are subject to availability of equipment.

  • Cancellations or changes that drop the invoice price below the current amount paid will not receive a refund.

  • The full amount will still be due for cancellations or changes made within 10 days of your rental date start.

How can I be sure equipment arrival/pickup is within my timeframe?

Please allow a 10am-4pm window for delivery. Traffic and other factors can cause delays so we need some flexibility. If you require an after-hours delivery or a delivery at an exact time, there is an additional charge.

Are there any other options for scheduling delivery?

If you are having a large weekend event or have something planned for a venue with a rigid in/out timeframe (like a public park), we’ll make it work. If we can’t fit your delivery in exactly when you need it we enjoy working with Penske truck rentals just down the street at Home Depot. It can be helpful to rent a small truck for the weekend, pickup your rental early and have room to load other items such as decorations, kegs of beer and more to bring to your event in one load.

What are your refund policies?

Any refunds due to double payment or over-charging will be refunded via check. All deposits are fully earned and non refundable. If any items do not work properly notify us as soon as possible so we can make a replacement available to you.

What payment method is accepted?

We accept major credit cards, cash and Bitcoin. We will accept checks for invoices with established accounts. All rentals must have a credit card on file, regardless of final payment method.
