FAQS

Do you have wedding rentals?

Sorry to say, not any more, for many years we loved being a part of your biggest moments in life, but as we all change over time we were no longer able to be competitive and continue to offer rentals for private events such as Weddings, Birthdays and more.  We will still see many of you at the community events every year and we will continue to provide some services as a sub contractor to other wedding rental companies, so we encourage that you check out our Industry Partners page.

Do you have a showroom or will call dock?

We do have a space to meet in and it is where we dispatch our trucks from, however it is an industrial warehouse, it can be more beneficial to do a site walk at the event venue.

Your bid will include a window for delivery, setup, and removal.  Please be mindful that this is a window, if there are firm times such as a event start time we must have the delivery completed by for the start of your event, that would be very good to include when we are bidding the event.  A delivery time of 9a-4p means we will have our truck arrive anytime after 9a and before 4p, but unloading, and setup may extend past 4p.  If you have a delivery time of 9a-4p (completed by 4p) then we will arrive with enough time to be completed before 4p.

How does scheduling work?

After Hours/Early Hours

For many events to be successful it take a team working though the night, we are able to accommodate any schedule that is needed to make the event happen on time, however be aware we do consider the working hours and holding hours.  Things happen and events go long, but charges for holding hours and after hours may be added to your final invoice.

What payment methods are accepted?

We require a credit card to be on file for all rentals as a form of security, however we do accept Cash or Check for payment.  Credit cards require a 10% fee, so Checks are usually the easiest way to make payment.

What is your refund policy?

All deposits and payments are final and considered fully earned on the contract.  Event cancelations within 2 weeks of an event are also considered due in full regardless of payment terms.  In rare instances if we fail to meet expectations, or there is a external reason to reschedule the event, we typically offer a credit towards the next event.

When is payment required?

By default all contracts require a 50% non refundable deposit and the balance is due at the time of delivery/installation.  We can offer terms for established customers.  Net 0, 5, 10 & 30 are available please ask.
