Party Factory Events works with a broad range of clients for permanent installation services—this includes venues from bars and restaurants to churches, business meeting rooms, and community theaters. We are also called on to provide maintenance and service on existing equipment.

Most clients require a system that meets 80% of their needs in a way that is easy to use and for the additional 20% of the time will supplement with one-time rental equipment. This seems to be the best balance between cost and functionality. We use a variety of top brands and top equipment standards and stand behind our work.

  • For stages, we use Biljax and Staging Concepts brand platforms in 4 x 4 and 4 x 8 sections; the platform surface can be your choice of a pine plank look or Persian-style carpeting. We also have ADA-rated stairs, handicap ramps and special hardware.
  • We use industry standard equipment and hardware. Preferred brands are, QSC, EAW, AvoLites, Optoma, Allan & Heath, Yamaha, Pioneer, Technics, LG, and Panasonic. We will also work with any brand you prefer.

NOTE: Wiring should never be overlooked. Our policy is to use the highest grade wiring available. While it is usually the most labor intensive part of the installation, it makes the difference between high-cost future upgrades or easy swap-outs as technology progresses or budget allows.
