With over 25 years of experience with live event production, we understand and excel at partnering with your event to be your event’s project management team, production department, and well-stocked emergency bag combined.
After over 15 years of providing ale-cart event rentals and services to Thousands of weddings, Thousands of School Dances, Hundreds of Corporate events, and Hundreds of community events, we are refocusing on partnering with just a few clients. We no longer have a show room or willcall for equipment rentals but we are always excited to work with https://venueinabox.net/ and isevents.com. I specifically trust these companies to honor their contracts and preform as agreed for your even. Please call them or email them and always tell them Cyrus personally said you will get a great deal…. (I don’t know but its worth asking)
From Site design, Pre event Traffic control and Permitting, though Event Execution, and event cleanup/after event debriefs. We like to partner with our events long term and work hard to make sure not only the event is Safe and Effective, but is also beneficial to the community they are designed to serve.
We seem to always be the first to arrive and the last to leave at the event sites. When cleaning up, it often feels like that Charlie Sheen quote "I don’t pay them for X. I pay them to leave afterward”. Most events are worried about the main stage act or the big reveal, we are worried about the whole arc of production, including picking up the litter at the end and locking up.
We are very proud of our events, take a look at Harefest, Oregon City Car Show, Friends of Tualatin Refuge, Lucky Devil Lounge.
Please feel free to email us and we can get a coffee and talk about your events, we serve Oregon, Washington and Idaho, based in Portland and Coeur d’Alene ID
"Thanks again for helping to make our wedding an amazing memory!"
