RENTALS
Party Factory Events provides complete, coordinated delivery of top-brand equipment to host events of virtually every description. Once you’ve set the date, calculated the needs for your event space, and chosen your equipment, the time comes to get everything in place. We’ll deliver* whatever is on your list: tents or canopies, stages, platforms, dance floors, seating, catering equipment, your sound system, custom lighting and if needed, handicap ramps and custom hardware. A visit to our showroom will be helpful in seeing what we can make possible. Keep in mind, setup is available for an additional charge — ask us for a quote. When the event is over, we’ll be there to pick everything up. If you have a request for something that is not listed, please ask and we will do our best to get it for you.

Rental Rates
Party Factory offers competitive weekend, weekly and monthly rental rates. Changes on most rentals are allowed up to 5 days before scheduled delivery/pickup date. For a Sunday event, the base 3-day rate includes pickup on Saturday and return on Monday. No changes are allowed on special order items. Cancellation fees can apply, too, so please ask if you need details.
*Rentals must be a minimum of $750 for delivery (before the delivery charge). For orders under the minimum a surcharge will be applied. A 50% non-refundable deposit is needed for all rentals. The balance is due at the time of Willcall/Delivery. More details on delivery, deposits, and other policies are included with your rental quote paperwork.

If you are having a large weekend event or have something planned for a venue with a rigid in/out timeframe (like a public park), we’ll make it work. If we can’t fit your delivery in exactly when you need it, we can set you up with a truck that has plenty of room for your rentals and whatever else you may need to include. The truck rental can be scheduled at the same time as your event rental. We work with Penske Truck Rentals.
Tent/stage orders are prioritized for delivery—we have a limited number of time slots. If it is possible for you to pick up your order, please consider it. Special requests are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate.
Setup
Setup is available for an additional charge—ask us for a quote.
We have flat rate delivery prices for these areas. Deliveries outside this vicinity will be calculated by the mile.
