Event Project Manager

Starting as an event photographer and managing backend equipment for one of the region’s largest photography companies in 1998, Cyrus has spent more than 25 years working behind the scenes of live events.

His experience has grown to include audio, lighting, staging, tents, site planning, vendor coordination, permitting, staffing, entertainment, and on-site event operations. This broad background allows him to understand how every part of an event affects the others—and to spot missing details before they become problems.

As Party Factory Events’ Event Project Manager, Cyrus works with clients, venues, vendors, and production crews to turn an event concept into a functioning temporary event site. His role is to understand the client’s goals, organize the moving pieces, provide practical solutions, and keep the event moving from initial planning through final teardown.
